These terms and conditions set out the rules for using this website and for buying from The Wedding Fairy and Friends. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Many pieces are handmade, so small natural variations are part of their charm and are not faults.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement. This is not acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once we confirm it has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and we will refund any payment taken.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Please see our returns policy for how to return an item. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text and design, belongs to The Wedding Fairy and Friends and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time you placed your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
